4. Registration and Enrollment

4.1 Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are:

  • Capable of entering into binding contracts
  • Not prohibited from using our services under applicable law

4.2 Registration Process

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Course Fees

  • All course fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is required before course commencement unless alternative arrangements are made
  • We accept major credit cards, direct bank transfer, and approved payment methods

5.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
  • All payments are processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards
  • Payment confirmation will be provided via email
  • Failed payments may result in course access suspension

5.3 GST and Taxes

  • All prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable
  • Tax invoices will be provided for all transactions
  • International clients may be subject to additional local taxes

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Course Cancellations by Students

  • More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus $50 administration fee
  • 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before course start: No refund unless exceptional circumstances
  • Course transfers: Permitted up to 7 days before start date (subject to availability)

6.2 Course Cancellations by DeumicOncl

  • We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
  • Full refunds will be provided if we cancel a course
  • Alternative course dates or similar courses will be offered when possible
  • We are not liable for any additional costs incurred due to course cancellation

6.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Serious illness or injury (medical certificate required)
  • Bereavement in immediate family
  • Military deployment or emergency service duties
  • Other circumstances at our discretion

7. Course Attendance and Conduct

7.1 Attendance Requirements

  • Regular attendance is required for course completion
  • Students must attend at least 80% of sessions to receive certification
  • Make-up sessions may be available for excused absences
  • Punctuality is expected and respected

7.2 Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Participate actively and constructively in class activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by others
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
  • Not disrupt or interfere with the learning environment

7.3 Disciplinary Actions

  • Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course
  • No refund will be provided for removal due to misconduct
  • We reserve the right to refuse future services to individuals who violate conduct policies

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

All course materials, content, and resources are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of DeumicOncl, including:

  • Training curricula and methodologies
  • Presentation materials and handouts
  • Video and audio recordings
  • Website content and design
  • Trademarks and logos

8.2 Permitted Use

  • Course materials are for personal use only
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content
  • You may not record classes without written permission
  • Attribution is required when referencing our materials

8.3 Student Content

  • You retain ownership of your presentations and practice materials
  • By participating, you grant us permission to use your feedback and testimonials
  • Photos and videos from classes may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out
